A smooth delivery comes down to a ready site. Here's exactly what to line up before your Bellagio arrives โ and what we handle on our end.
Six things to have ready. We'll review all of this during your consultation so there are no surprises on delivery day.
We need a clear route from the truck to the install spot โ gates, walkways, corners, and overhead clearances all matter. Measure tight spots in advance and remove anything that obstructs the path.
Your spa sits full of water โ that's serious weight. The site must be flat, level, and structurally adequate: a concrete pad, reinforced deck, or properly prepared ground rated for the filled weight.
For ground-level installs without a poured pad, the Bellagio ProBase provides a proper, level foundation built for the spa. Ask us whether ProBase is the right fit for your site.
Most Bellagio models require a dedicated 220V GFCI-protected circuit; the Tahoe and Milano can run on 110V. We coordinate with your electrician so the power is right before we set the spa.
Leave enough clearance around the spa for service access. Our techs need to reach the cabinet panels for startup, maintenance, and any future repairs โ tight against a wall on every side makes that impossible.
Tight access, second-story decks, or yards with no clear path sometimes require a crane. We'll spot this during your consultation and coordinate the lift โ it's more common than you'd think in the Springs.
Most Bellagio models need a dedicated 220V GFCI-protected circuit, installed by a licensed electrician and roughed in before we deliver. The Tahoe and Milano are the exception โ they're 110V/220V convertible and can run on a standard dedicated 115V, 20-amp GFCI circuit, so a 220V spa circuit may not be necessary.
We'll tell you exactly what your chosen model needs at consultation, and we coordinate with your electrician so the power is ready when we arrive. You can read more in our 110V Hot Tub Guide.
We'll walk your site, confirm access and electrical, and put together a delivery plan with no surprises.
