Warranty numbers like 10 / 5 / 5 / 1 represent four coverage categories, in years. Here's what each number stands for.
The structural support frame — covered against perforation from splitting, collapse, or structural failure.
The fiberglass vessel structure — covered against water loss from defects in materials or workmanship.
The interior acrylic surface — covered against blistering, cracking, or delamination.
Pumps, control system, heater, jets, and plumbing — 1 yr Pure, 3 yr American & Deluxe.
Reading the shorthand: 10 / 5 / 5 / 1 = 10-year frame, 5-year vessel structure, 5-year acrylic surface, and 1-year equipment & plumbing coverage. Warranty periods generally begin on the original consumer installation date or one year after the manufacturing date, whichever occurs first.

Heads up: Headrests, skimmer lids, topside overlays, and diverter valves are covered for 90 days and are not covered by the labor warranty. Normal fading, discoloration, yellowing, scratches, gouges, wear, and sunlight-related micro-crazing are not considered warrantable defects.
The structural support frame is covered against perforation caused by splitting, collapse, or other structural failure during normal use for ten years.
The fiberglass vessel structure is covered for five years against water loss caused by defects in materials or workmanship. The interior acrylic surface is covered for five years against blistering, cracking, or delamination.
Covered equipment includes pumps, the control system, heater, jets, air controls, plumbing fittings, and qualifying water leaks caused by defects. Broken touchscreen glass is excluded. Coverage lasts 1 year on Pure Series and 3 years on American and American Deluxe.
Jet inserts, cabinetry, the spa cover, lighting, Wi-Fi, ozone, and audio components are covered 1 year on Pure and 2 years on American and American Deluxe. Cover coverage applies to defects and does not include ordinary fading or wear. Some customer-serviceable parts may receive parts coverage without labor coverage.
Bellagio's limited warranty is intended for residential installation and use. Commercial and non-residential installations — including rental applications — are excluded. Coverage may be denied or voided by any of the following:
Accessories installed after manufacture — including some sanitation systems and cover-removal systems — are not covered by the spa warranty and may have separate manufacturer warranties.
